Delivery time
Peony Coasta takes care to deliver your products to you as soon as possible. Deliveries within Türkiye are made within 2-5 working days on average. International shipments are delivered at different times depending on the country.

Delivery Fee
Peony Coasta offers free shipping to Peony Coasta for purchases within Türkiye. For international orders, the shipping fee may be reflected to the customer and varies by country.

Return Procedure
If the customer is not satisfied with the product received for any reason, he can return it within 14 days from the delivery date. The product to be returned must be unused, untagged and in salable condition.

Wrong Products

Cancellation Procedure
The customer can cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, without giving any reason. In order to cancel the orders given to the cargo, you need to contact info@peonycoasta.com.
